When You’re in My Heart . . .

You’re in my Family!  My daughter walks around singing this Laurie Berkner Band song all day long, and as a result it’s been indelibly stuck in my head for the past week or two as well.  And now, if you’re the parent of a toddler/preschooler who occasionally watches Noggin or Jack’s Big Music Show, it’s stuck in you’re head, too.  But, sticking with a theme, I thought my little girl’s favorite song would make a nice topic for my first post.  Here are the people in my heart, or at least, those that take up the most room.  That’s me, Darla, holding the baby, and there is my DH (dear husband), Matthew, holding our son.  The children are M, our oldest and our first girl, who is 4; N, our oldest boy and an extremely energetic 3-year-old; L, our toddler boy who’s creeping up on the the big 2; and MB, our littlest child, a 4-month-old baby girl.

So that’s the cast of characters.  These are the chaos-makers.  I didn’t include favorite luvies,  imaginary friends, various bugs and plants and cartoon characters who are also considered part of our family.  It’s very difficult to get everyone to look at the camera when the whole crew is involved.
